MS Maintenance London Ltd was founded by Michal Stojko — a hands-on tradesman who started his construction career in Poland, developed his skills further in Germany, and brought everything he learned to London in 2019.

What started as one man with a toolkit and a reputation for showing up on time has grown into a dedicated team of experienced tradespeople covering every aspect of property maintenance and refurbishment. We have completed over 50 projects across London — from single-room refreshes to complete flat transformations — and every one of them was delivered with the same attention to detail.

Michal Stojko — Founder & Lead
Michal founded MS Maintenance London in 2019 after years of hands-on construction work in Poland, Germany and the UK. He is personally involved in every project — from the initial site visit and quotation through to final inspection and handover.
His approach is straightforward: give honest advice, quote fairly, deliver quality work, and leave the property better than you found it. He answers his own phone, manages his own team, and takes personal responsibility for every job that carries the MS Maintenance name.
Michal holds comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on every project.

We do not upsell work you do not need. If a repair will fix the problem, we will not push for a replacement. If your budget does not stretch to everything on the wish list, we will tell you what to prioritise and what can wait. You get honest advice — even when it means a smaller invoice for us.
